Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Marlborough, MA to join the Air Traffic Solutions team. You will help modernize NAS radar systems and develop end-to-end system requirements for national and international deployments.

You will craft test plans, document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders while supporting design, integration, and verification activities across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.
• FAA/DoD clearance capability or eligibility.
• Experience in design, integration and test of complex systems.
• Ability to generate technical docs and briefings for stakeholders.
• Experience with system/subsystem integration testing and MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify system and product requirements for ATS radar systems.
• Create sell-off criteria to ensure performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and document activities.
• Lead integration and test planning at system and subsystem levels.
