Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the development of next-generation high-speed electronic products and drive innovation across engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will oversee circuit design, testing, and validation, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and partner with customers to translate technical strategy into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in high-speed hardware engineering, electronics product development, or related areas.
• Strong expertise in circuit design, simulation, testing, and product validation.
• Experience with connectors, interconnects, cable assemblies, twin-ax, or external cable products is highly desirable.
• Understanding of signal integrity, electromagnetic theory, and high-speed circuit behavior.
• Proven success leading engineering teams and driving complex products from concept to market.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Six Sigma and data analytics experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-speed cable and interconnect products from concept through production.
• Drive hardware design, simulation, testing, validation, and performance requirements for new products.
• Guide engineering teams through data-driven design reviews and technical decision-making.
• Oversee simulation and validation activities, translating results into actionable engineering recommendations.
• Partner with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to communicate technical strategy and project impact.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization focused on innovation and product excellence.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams across the full product lifecycle.
