Serve as SME in high-speed electronics design, simulation, and validation.
Define electrical design requirements and performance specs for new products.
Lead development of high-speed cable assemblies from concept to production.
Perform component selection, schematic design, PCB layout support, and validation testing.
Analyze simulation and test results; provide design recommendations.
Make data-driven decisions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to bring innovative products to market.
