Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder within outpatient therapy.

The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, orthotic fabrication, and coordinating with hand surgeons, physicians, and other professionals to develop recovery plans. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a DPT or DOT preferred; 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability of the patient.
• Document Delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
