Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a skilled Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, craft recovery plans, and supervise therapy staff in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, and interdisciplinary care planning with surgeons and other clinicians. A PT or OT license and CHT credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT or PT required.
• DPT or DOT preferred; OT program must be accredited.
• Current state PT or OT license; CHT credential desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Direct and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, students and staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom hand/upper-extremity orthoses and splints.
• Provide post-surgical and injury rehab including scar management and edema control.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, physicians, and other therapists; participate in care planning.
