Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans in collaboration with a healthcare team.

The role requires 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and a state PT/OT license with CHT certification; CPR/BLS is also expected. Strong leadership and education experience are valued for a patient-centered program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
