Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans in collaboration with surgeons and therapists.

The role requires 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, a current PT or OT license, CHT credential, and CPR/BLS. Opportunities for mentoring staff and advancing practice available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide custom splinting and orthotic fabrication.
• Document OT/PT services and progress.
• Directs and supervises OT assistants, students, and staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve, and postoperative conditions.
