Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, create custom splints, and develop recovery plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with a CHT credential and 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience; licensure as PT or OT is required, CPR/BLS current, and opportunity to mentor staff and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT preferred.
• Graduate of accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments; establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
