Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs to lead GTM initiatives end-to-end. You will translate objectives into integrated plans, operating rhythms, and actionable execution paths that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to clarify scope, dependencies, and tradeoffs, ensuring momentum and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience with cross-functional programs.
• Ability to design and execute integrated program plans with milestones and ownership.
• Strong communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation and growth programs from planning through launch and stabilization.
• Develop integrated program plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Design governance, cadence, and stakeholder forums to create visibility and momentum.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align plans and resolve blockers within scope.
• Frame decisions with options and next steps for timely leadership decisions.
• Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and summaries of progress and outcomes.
• Lead teams through ambiguity and provide guidance and coaching as appropriate.
