Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager in GTM Transformation and Programs to lead go-to-market initiatives end-to-end. This hybrid/remote role reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO and requires translating objectives into integrated plans, managing dependencies, and guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.

You will design governance, cadence, and stakeholder forums, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience including cross-functional programs and GTM initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing and executing integrated program plans with dependencies and milestones.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert objectives into actionable plans.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, or GTM teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, dashboards, and program trackers.
• Certifications like PMP or Change Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation programs end-to-end or significant workstreams within larger programs.
• Develop and own integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and owners.
• Design governance, cadence, and forums to create visibility and momentum.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align plans and resolve blockers.
• Frame decisions with options, tradeoffs, implications, and next steps.
• Identify risks and surface mitigation options; escalate when needed.
• Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and summaries of progress and outcomes.
• Define change, enablement, readiness, and adoption plans within programs.
• Ensure launch-to-run readiness with ownership and hypercare plans.
