Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs. The role leads GTM programs end-to-end in a hybrid/remote setting, reporting to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO, translating objectives into actionable plans and clear execution paths with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will manage governance, dependencies, risk, and performance updates, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data to drive measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience designing integrated program plans and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate objectives into clear plans.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams to align objectives and execution.
• Experience facilitating decisions and preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of GTM data, systems, and reporting concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation programs from planning through execution and stabilization.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and outcomes.
• Design governance, cadence, and forums for program visibility and momentum.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Tech, Data to align plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and surface tradeoffs.
• Frame decisions with options and recommended next steps.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigations.
• Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and summaries.
• Design change, enablement, and adoption plans within programs.
• Ensure launch readiness and post-launch stabilization.
• Apply PMO standards and contribute improvements from learnings.
• Lead teams through ambiguity and coach peers.
