Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs. The role will lead GTM programs end-to-end or key workstreams within larger transformations. The position offers hybrid/remote work and reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO.

You will translate objectives into integrated plans, manage dependencies, surface tradeoffs, and provide executive-ready updates to leadership. Strong cross-functional collaboration and program discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant program management experience across cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate objectives into actionable plans and milestones.
• Proven track record in steering programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation programs end-to-end or key workstreams within larger programs.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, owners and deliverables.
• Design governance and cadence to ensure visibility and momentum.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product and Data to align plans and resolve blockers.
• Create executive-ready updates and dashboards communicating progress and risks.
