Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs. You will lead GTM programs end-to-end, translating objectives into integrated plans, governance, and clear execution paths.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience leading cross-functional programs or GTM initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing and executing integrated program plans, managing dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, organize complex work, and translate objectives into clear plans and next steps.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, or related GTM teams to align objectives.
• Experience facilitating decisions, documenting options and tradeoffs, and preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, synthesizing inputs into clear recommendations and program narratives.
• Experience using PMO tools, trackers, dashboards, and shared documentation to maintain a trusted source of truth.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM transformation programs or defined workstreams from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization.
• Develop and own integrated program plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and manage governance, cadence, and stakeholder forums to create visibility and momentum.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data to align plans and resolve blockers.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment by connecting the right people to move work forward.
• Frame decisions with options and tradeoffs to enable timely decisions at the appropriate level.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigation options and elevate where needed.
• Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and summaries communicating progress, risks, and decisions.
