Sage is seeking a Senior Director to lead the global GTM transformation portfolio, partnering with the VP and senior leaders to translate priorities into an enterprise execution plan. You will guide cross-functional programs from business case through delivery, adoption, and benefits realization, driving measurable growth and improved GTM effectiveness.

Hybrid role based on-site three days per week in the United States, Atlanta and Austin regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise program execution, portfolio management, or transformation leadership.
• Experience leading multi-layered teams for complex delivery and governance.
• Proven track record owning large cross-functional transformation portfolios.
• Ability to act as senior proxy for VP in high-stakes forums.
• Strong GTM acumen linking execution to revenue growth.
• Proven ability to make strategic trade-offs across priorities.
• Experience building governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• Exceptional executive communication and change leadership.
• Fluency in AI-enabled ways of working in portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Own the global GTM transformation execution portfolio.
• Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Represent the VP in governance meetings and executive updates.
• Scale a high-performing global execution team.
• Set delivery standards and operating model for GTM transformation.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of large, complex global GTM programs.
• Manage executive risk, dependencies, and readiness.
• Modernize transformation with AI-enabled planning and reporting.
