Job summary

commercetools is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to own full-cycle, global recruiting with a focus on enterprise sales. Based in our Boston office, you’ll partner with leadership to build pipelines and deliver a data-driven, inclusive hiring experience.

You will work with the CRO, CEO, CFO, and CCO, shaping hiring with org design and headcount planning while maintaining a high-quality candidate journey across Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years hiring enterprise sales/GTM at a SaaS or tech company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience leading talent acquisition projects and using data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools from role intake through offer and close.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Lead outbound searches for enterprise AEs, SEs, CSMs, and GTM leaders.
• Partner with CRO & Sales leadership to define candidate profiles and success metrics.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Track funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity.
