Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in Charlotte, NC, with a focus on sales, operations, and marketing. This in-office role requires managing high-volume pipelines and partnering with hiring leaders to align recruiting strategies.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to drive rapid, quality placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume GTM roles (sales, operations, or marketing).
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume GTM roles across sales, operations, and marketing.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on business needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Drive daily recruiting activity (calls, InMails, phone screens) to meet hiring goals.
• Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Extend offers, lead negotiations, and support new hires through onboarding.
