Job summary

Chamelio, a remote-first US-based company, is seeking a hands-on GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations in a fast-growing environment.

As an early member of the US recruiting function, you will partner with leadership to define what great looks like, proactively build high-quality candidate pipelines, and run rigorous hiring processes that reflect Chamelio’s ambition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in technology companies.
• Experience hiring GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Revenue Operations.
• Deep hands-on sourcing experience to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or high-velocity environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools, AI-powered recruiting platforms, and ATS such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
• Excellent judgment to assess candidates beyond resume information.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
• Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with legal tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM hiring end-to-end: manage full recruiting lifecycle across the US GTM organization from profiling to interviews, references, and offers.
• Build exceptional candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networks, and outbound strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate talent, design interview processes, and drive decisions.
• Drive recruiting velocity with proactive process ownership, timely feedback, and clear accountability.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, building relationships that reflect Chamelio's quality and ambition.
• Help build the recruiting engine by improving sourcing strategies, processes, referrals, employer branding, and tools.
