Job summary

Chamelio is expanding its US team and is seeking a hands-on GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to own go-to-market hiring end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

As an early member of the US recruiting function, you will partner with leadership to define profiles, build pipelines across the US, and drive rigorous interview processes that reflect the company’s ambition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting in technology, with GTM focus across Sales/Marketing/CS.
• Proven track record hiring enterprise SaaS and high-performing commercial talent.
• Deep hands-on sourcing to engage passive candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or high-velocity environments.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and ATS systems such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM hiring end-to-end across the US GTM organization.
• Build and nurture exceptional candidate pipelines across the US.
• Partner with leadership to define candidate profiles and calibrate talent.
• Drive recruiting velocity with clear accountability and timely feedback.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflecting Chamelio's ambition.
• Help shape and scale the recruiting engine and processes.
