Job summary

Docusign seeks a Sr. GTM Strategy & Programs Manager to design, drive and execute priority initiatives that accelerate global revenue growth and optimize GTM processes across the sales cycle.

You will define our GTM strategy and architecture, remove friction, and deliver data-driven insights to shape our trajectory. This is a highly-visible, global role that partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, HR and Finance to implement high-ROI growth programs, using AI and analytics to inform

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier tech strategy and operations roles.
• 4+ years of experience working in/with SaaS companies.
• 4+ years of experience designing, executing and scaling GTM operating models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop overarching vision and strategic GTM roadmap.
• Eliminate operational friction with sales and GTM functions.
• Incorporate AI, automation and analytics to accelerate GTM processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, Product, Operations, HR, Legal, Finance and other teams to drive growth.
• Work with GTM analytics and intelligence teams to execute strategy.
• Translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
