Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Sr. GTM Strategy & Programs Manager to design, drive and execute priority initiatives accelerating global revenue growth and optimizing GTM processes across the sales cycle.

You will define our GTM strategy, drive operational rigor, and deliver insights shaping our growth trajectory. This is a global, high-visibility role reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy & Programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier tech strategy and operations roles.
• 4+ years of experience working in SaaS companies.
• 4+ years designing, executing and scaling GTM operating models.
• Experience operating in complex matrixed environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build the overarching vision and strategic roadmap for end-to-end GTM.
• Identify and eliminate operational friction across GTM functions.
• Incorporate AI, automation and analytics to accelerate GTM processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and others to drive growth initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and investment recommendations to leadership.
• Create executive presentations supported by data-driven insights.
