Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to bridge Product and Commercial teams, defining market success and driving scalable GTM motions. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Enablement to accelerate growth, adoption, and revenue while launching next‑generation AI solutions embedded in customer workflows.

You will own strategic GTM planning for launches of new capabilities, evolve solution positioning, and empower commercial teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with GTM accountability.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech.
• Proven GTM strategies that drive product adoption, market expansion, or revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch planning across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in Jira.
• Coordinate cross-functional GTM efforts including positioning, messaging, enablement, and execution planning.
• Mine win/loss data, Gong conversations, and market trends to refine positioning and GTM strategies.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for key buyer personas.
• Provide Sales and Customer teams with training, pricing guidance, sales plays, and enablement materials.
• Track KPIs through SFDC, Gong, Pendo to measure campaign impact and product adoption.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive growth and scalable processes.
• Continuously evolve GTM strategies based on customer insights and product evolution.
