Ping Identity is seeking a Director of GTM Solutions Management to translate priorities into repeatable field execution. You will own the solution-area operating plan—from goals to target accounts—collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and partners to drive pipeline and bookings outcomes.

The role demands 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, strong deal structuring and executive presence, and a data-driven, AI-fluent mindset to accelerate analysis and improve execution.

Formación

• 5+ years in GTM program management, solutions management, product marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and rolling out solution sales motions, plays, or account-targeting approaches.
• Ability to engage enterprise buyers and serve as a domain expert in critical deal cycles.
• Strong analytical capability using pipeline health, bookings, conversions, and win/loss data.
• Ability to align Sales, Product, Marketing, partners, and executives around revenue targets.
• Skill in synthesizing customer feedback into actionable recommendations on features, pricing and content.
• Comfort using AI to build or improve workflows and accelerate analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and prioritize accounts: define goals and targets; embed target accounts in planning.
• Design sales execution and support complex deals: define process, tools, pricing, and handoffs; assist with complex deals.
• Align content, campaigns, and product feedback: shape content roadmap and align campaigns to priorities.
• Measure and improve performance: analyze pipeline, bookings, conversion, and win/loss results.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution: align Sales, Product, Marketing on priorities and handoffs.
• Build and optimize AI-enabled processes: develop AI workflows and measure speed, quality, and consistency.
