Job summary

Postman, the leading API platform, is seeking a Senior Manager for GTM analytics to align definitions, drive revenue insights, and enable data-driven decisions across the field. You will own reporting strategy, metrics governance, and a cadence that turns numbers into action.

You will partner with FP&A, Marketing Ops, and Field Ops to build a scalable analytics function, deliver planning-ready data, and elevate data quality for executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM/Revenue Analytics, BI, or Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM reporting and dashboard strategy across attainment, pipeline, conversion, win/loss, and productivity.
• Be the single point of accountability for GTM reporting and dashboards.
• Set standards for how reporting is built, surfaced, and consumed across GTM.
• Own the GTM intelligence cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly rhythm that turns numbers into decisions.
• Translate GTM data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Field Leaders and Ops to build action plans and repeatable sales plays.
• Establish the operating model and intake for analytics requests.
• Prepare data for annual planning; lead ad hoc GTM reporting and analysis.
• Build and lead the GTM analytics capability with self-serve tooling.
