Qualifications
- 10+ years in business systems, revenue operations tech, or GTM systems roles at high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ownership of GTM tech stack strategy from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Experience evaluating AI and automation tools in GTM context.
- Strong executive communication skills for CRO and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the GTM systems roadmap across pre-sale and post-sale lifecycle.
- Lead architecture and integration strategy for Salesforce and related tools.
- Partner with GTM leadership to drive AI adoption and automation across revenue lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and ROI for GTM tech investments.
- Lead a team of admins, analysts, and developers; cultivate talent.
