NexHealth, Inc. is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to build and own recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This senior IC role handles requisitions from outreach to offers and shapes scalable processes for GTM hiring. This fully remote role within the United States emphasizes business judgment, strong sourcing, candidate experience, and collaboration with People Ops to improve tools and dashboards.

Formación

• 6+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience.
• Proven track record building or scaling recruiting functions in fast-growth environments.
• Ability to write outreach and close candidates while keeping the big picture in view.
• Builder mindset creating structure, systems, and repeatable recruiting practices where little existed before.
• History of driving change by influencing hiring managers and leaders to adopt better ways of hiring.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with fluency in metrics, pipelines, and hiring analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and strong instincts for candidate experience and employer branding.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM and related functions, aligned to growth and revenue goals.
• Roll up your sleeves on full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer strategy, and closing.
• Carry a hands-on requisition load, focusing on high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
• Design and improve interview processes, scorecards, hiring playbooks, and operating rhythms to scale hiring.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix issues through process optimization, tooling, or better alignment with hiring teams.
• Advise GTM and cross-functional leaders on talent strategy, market insights, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
• Build proactive, high-quality talent pipelines and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent.
• Use recruiting metrics to spot gaps, track progress, and improve speed and quality of hires.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience and a compelling employer story tied to NexHealth's mission and values.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Talent Ops to enhance recruiting tools, dashboards, and workflows.]
