SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Talent Sourcer for Starlink to build robust pipelines across engineering, supply chain, go-to-market, and business operations.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify passive talent and be the candidate’s first SpaceX conversation, owning the search and handoff end-to-end. • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing across engineering, supply chain, go-to-market, and operations.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
