SpaceX in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for high-volume manufacturing (Starlink) to drive full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, across mission-critical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades (technicians, electricians, facilities, etc.)
• Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
• Ability to distinguish top 50% vs top 5% of talent in their fields
• Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling, events, targeted sourcing campaigns
• Ability to interface with hiring managers at director/VP levels
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to present candidates accurately without overselling; act as SME on talent
• Ability to multi-task and work with little direction while contributing to the team

• Run a full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent
• Represent SpaceX professionally to candidates as the first encounter with the company
• Collaborate in teams but maintain autonomy and initiative
• Review applications, conduct passive searches, interview candidates, and partner with clients
• Understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication
• Capture candidate attention during outreach
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions
