Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to scale recruiting for go-to-market teams, partnering with hiring managers to define roles and sourcing strategies. You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and technical roles, build high-quality pipelines with passive candidates, and guide offers to close—while coordinating with Compensation and People teams in a hybrid Austin/NY setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting go-to-market and/or technical roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly.
• Proven success closing competitive candidates and managing offers through acceptance.
• Trusted relationships with hiring managers to influence candidate decisions.
• Proactive sourcing with demonstrated results from direct outreach and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM functions from search kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines, focusing on passive candidates.
• Screen candidates against defined competencies and deliver calibrated slates.
• Manage end-to-end interview process and guide offers with compensation teams.
• Track pipeline metrics and use data to improve recruiting processes.
• Utilize AI tools in recruiting workflows to improve speed and quality.
