Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Senior Recruiter to scale our GTM and other functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, partner with hiring managers, and build strong pipelines across passive candidates.

You will drive a rigorous interview process, use data to prioritize, and leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality while keeping candidate experience high. This hybrid role is based in SF or NYC with 3 in-office days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in go-to-market and/or technical roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed matters without sacrificing quality.
• Experience supporting multiple functions or role types and ramping on new profiles.
• Track record of closing competitive candidates and managing offers from expectations to close.
• Built trusted relationships with hiring managers and influenced profile, process, and candidates.
• Proactive sourcing and evidence of hires from personal outreach.
• Ability to use recruiting data/metrics to identify issues and prioritize work, communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience using or building AI tools in recruiting workflows to improve speed/quality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM functions from search kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on hiring bar, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines, focusing on passive candidates via direct outreach, referrals, networks, and communities.
• Screen candidates against defined competencies and present calibrated slates to hiring managers.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end, keeping candidates, interviewers, and managers informed.
• Structure and negotiate offers with Compensation and People teams, guiding candidates to close.
• Track pipeline metrics, report progress/risk to hiring managers and leadership, and use data to improve the process.
