Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Senior Recruiter to scale our Sales, Field Engineering, Partnerships, and other GTM and/or G&A functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and drive data-informed decisions in a hybrid setup with three in-office days per week in San Francisco or New York City.

You will manage pipelines, calibrate candidate slates, and negotiate offers in collaboration with Compensation and People teams, ensuring a fast, high-quality experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for go-to-market and/or technical roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
• History of closing competitive candidates and managing offers end-to-end.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence decisions.
• Strong sourcing via outreach, referrals, networks, and communities.
• Ability to use recruiting data/metrics to identify issues and prioritize work.
• Experience using or building AI tools in recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM functions and expand to new roles as priorities change.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain high-quality pipelines, focusing on passive candidates.
• Screen candidates against defined competencies and present calibrated slates.
• Manage interview processes end-to-end and coordinate with interviewers and managers.
• Structure and negotiate offers with Compensation and People teams to close candidates.
• Track pipeline metrics and report progress, using data to improve the process.
