Linqia, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and grow our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams. You will own the full cycle, collaborating with hiring partners, understanding needs, prospecting top talent, and coordinating interviews.

The role requires a strong track record in strategic hiring, creative sourcing, and data-driven decision making, with a startup mindset and SF Bay Area residency for office commute.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Sales, Marketing, Success & Business Operations recruiting experience.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute hands-on hiring.
• Proven track record of creative sourcing to find top talent.
• Metrics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present data to all levels.
• Highly organized with strong candidate pipeline hygiene.
• Positive, autonomous team member in a startup environment.
• Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be able to commute to the SF office 3x per week.
