Omni, the AI analytics platform, is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to scale our go-to-market org. You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, partnering with VP of Sales and GTM leaders to define hiring standards and build strong pipelines across North America.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including GTM roles.
• Experience recruiting for GTM functions: AEs, SEs, PS/CS, BDRs.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and executives.
• Proven use of AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
