• Partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions with data.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and ability to build pipelines in competitive markets.
• Excellent project management with multiple requisitions and attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication with high emotional intelligence in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps—sourcing through close—across North American locations.
• Build and maintain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Serve as strategic partner to hiring managers: intake meetings, calibrations, market advice, expectation setting.
• Drive process improvements, scalable workflows, and recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
• Manage competing priorities across open requisitions while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
