Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Process Design to own upstream design of sales and CS workflows across the GTM motion. You’ll set design standards and produce implementation-ready specs for product and engineering teams.

Applicants should bring 5–8 years in Revenue/Sales Operations, familiarity with Salesforce and GTM tech stack, and a proven track record of shipping process changes that boost seller productivity.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Revenue or Sales Operations with process/design focus.
• Experience shipping GTM workflows that were adopted and measured.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture; ability to design for the platform.
• Translate process designs into concrete CRM/engineering requirements.
• Knowledge of GTM tech stack at a workflow level.

Responsibilities

• Design core sales workflows, lead routing, and pipeline hygiene.
• Map current-state lead-to-close journey and identify friction and automation.
• Define future-state process blueprints and data standards.
• Provide implementation-ready specs for product and engineering.
• Partner with Enablement for change management and adoption tracking.
