Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within the Agent Go-to-Market organization. This role requires bringing structure to ambiguity, keeping stakeholders aligned, and driving initiatives from framing through delivery with momentum.

You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred to build the operating rigor that scales the GTM function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, or management consulting.
• Able to bring structure to ambiguous situations and align stakeholders.
• Strong communication and the ability to drive decisions with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs end to end from framing to delivery.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred.
• Communicate program status, decisions, and blockers clearly to all levels.
• Run working sessions and stakeholder reviews to drive decisions and unblock work.
• Develop and document Go-to-Market operating norms and repeatable processes.
