Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives within the Agent Go-to-Market organization.

You will bring structure to ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and drive programs from framing through delivery with senior leadership oversight. You will own complex programs end to end, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred to ensure timely progress.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and align stakeholders.
• Proficient in using data to test assumptions and inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs end to end, from framing to delivery.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and GTM functions.
• Run working sessions and stakeholder reviews to drive decisions and unblock work.
