Job summary

Zillow is seeking a Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager to lead high-priority cross-functional programs within the Agent Go-to-Market organization. You will bring structure to ambiguity, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from framing through delivery with momentum.

Work closely with senior leadership and partners to execute top priorities and build operating rigor enabling the Go-to-Market organization to scale effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and start moving even if not all details are defined.
• Data-driven decision making using Salesforce and SQL to test assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs end to end, from framing to delivery, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred.
• Build and maintain clear objectives, owners, milestones, and risk/dependency views.
• Communicate program status and blockers clearly to all levels, from teams to senior leadership.
• Run working sessions and reviews that drive decisions, not just updates.
• Identify stalled work and surface decisions to unblock progress.
• Support development of Go-to-Market operating norms and repeatable processes.
• Run pilots to test new Go-to-Market motions and assess readiness for rollout.
