Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. seeks a GTM Business Process Manager to design scalable GTM processes and canonical flows across a multi‑system revenue ecosystem. You will bridge GTM strategy, operations, and AI systems, converting complexity into visual clarity and measurable outcomes. You will own end‑to‑end seller workflows, governance, and BRD writing.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director, GTM Process & Systems Governance, with hybrid in‑office and remote work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations or related fields.
• Proven experience in process mapping and redesign using structured methodologies.
• Experience driving end‑to‑end GTM processes and projects to completion.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales tooling and AI-enabled workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Design Process Architecture for end‑to‑end GTM workflows.
• Map and redesign canonical GTM and sales processes; align actions with AI agents.
• Design GTM workflows including qualification, outreach, pipeline management, forecasting, and post‑sale handoffs.
• Define governance frameworks and handoff criteria between human and AI agents.
• Create documentation: process flows, playbooks, RACIs, BRDs for IT and stakeholders.
• Lead process discovery workshops and present transformation roadmaps to leadership.
• Collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder communications and status updates.
• Measure adoption, identify bottlenecks, and iterate on AI‑driven processes to boost productivity.
