Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Sales Operations/Business Operations professional to shape go-to-market processes and policies. You will collaborate with Sales, Channel, Finance, Legal, and Enterprise Systems to translate complex decisions into scalable, governed playbooks.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, document policies, and drive improvements that reduce manual work and enable faster deals. Hybrid/remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or similar SaaS/high-growth role.
• Experience with enterprise GTM systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP).
• Understanding of opportunity lifecycle, quoting, lead-to-cash/quote-to-cash operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of new GTM initiatives across Direct and Channel; assess downstream impacts.
• Own assigned workstreams; track milestones, dependencies, risks, and progress.
• Translate requirements into scalable processes; partner with Enterprise Systems for implementation.
• Design and maintain repositories of key business decisions and policies; ensure consistency across routes to market.
• Create process maps and SOPs; review policies for gaps and consistency.
• Analyze support tickets to identify root causes and improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Serve as SME for opportunity lifecycle and quoting processes; prioritize enhancements.
• Build training collateral and facilitate workshops for adoption across seller and partner audiences.
• Develop reports on process adherence, data quality, and cycle time.
