ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior GTM Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding programs and accelerate customer adoption of ZoomInfo products. You will partner with Customer Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering to deploy scalable GTM solutions and measurable business value.

You will manage multiple projects, define milestones, and translate customer objectives into practical use cases. This hybrid role requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer onboarding, customer success, GTM consulting, solutions implementation or project management.
• Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies, including sales prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Consultative mindset to translate business challenges into actionable strategies and technical solutions.
• Hands-on to build, configure and deploy solutions across strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding programs for a portfolio of ZoomInfo customers with clear goals and success metrics.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand GTM objectives, challenges, workflows, and environments.
• Develop and execute implementation strategies aligning objectives with ZoomInfo capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers to design, build, and deploy GTM solutions and workflows.
• Coordinate tasks, define milestones, and provide regular onboarding updates.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects, balance priorities, and mitigate risks.
• Advise customers on GTM best practices to improve sales and marketing processes.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and Account Management with documented milestones.
