ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager to lead comprehensive onboarding programs for a portfolio of customers, defining goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. You’ll act as the primary contact through onboarding and implementation, collaborating with Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering to drive adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, GTM consulting, solutions implementation, and/or project management in SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies including sales prospecting, pipeline generation, account prioritization, territory planning, marketing operations, and revenue workflows.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable strategies, use cases, and technical solutions.
• Hands-on ability to build, configure, and deploy solutions, switching between strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Excellent project management, cross-functional coordination, and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with ZoomInfo and/or ZoomInfo certification is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding programs for a portfolio of ZoomInfo customers with clearly defined goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Lead strategic discovery conversations to understand GTM objectives, challenges, workflows, and tech environments, translating insights into actionable onboarding strategies.
• Develop and execute implementation strategies aligning customer objectives with ZoomInfo products and capabilities.
• Partner with customers to design, build, and deploy GTM solutions and workflows.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and updates throughout the onboarding lifecycle; ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Training, Integrations, and Solutions Engineering to deliver cohesive implementation experiences.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects, balance priorities, and identify risks to remove obstacles.
• Serve as strategic advisor to recommend solutions that improve sales/marketing processes and business outcomes.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success and Account Management with documented wins and opportunities.
