Job summary

Thales is seeking a Sr. Go-to-market Marketing Manager, Application Security, remote in California. You will own the Americas market GTM for Application Security, translating global strategy into a focused growth plan and leading cross-functional teams to create, progress, and convert pipeline.

You will drive integrated campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, events, and partner activations while aligning Sales and Channel to achieve measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience spanning go-to-market, product marketing, regional or field marketing.
• Demonstrated cybersecurity, application security, or cloud security experience in a technically complex B2B SaaS market.
• Proven ownership of multi-quarter GTM plans tied to measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and channel.
• Hands-on in integrated campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, events, and partner plays.
