• 8+ years in sales enablement or product enablement.
• Proven stakeholder relationship management across departments.
• Strong program management with multiple initiatives running simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent presentation skills for in-person and virtual sessions at scale.
• Commitment to continuous learning and industry trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of product knowledge and competency-based enablement programs.
• Develop and deliver product enablement materials and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to supply knowledge, tools and resources.
• Create global, regional and segment-specific enablement programs.
• Create field assets such as pitch decks, competitive research, discovery, product knowledge, and domain knowledge.
• Measure program impact using reporting tools and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
