You will build a unified BI layer, define key GTM metrics, and ensure data quality for reliable decision making. This role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics to surface actionable recommendations and support strategic growth in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM, Revenue, Customer Success, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Expert SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and experience integrating multiple operational data sources into meaningful insights.
• Passionate about metric governance and data quality; trusted numbers drive decisions.
• Naturally curious and capable of solving ambiguous business problems.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.
• Excited by AI-native analytics and advancing analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build the go-to-market BI layer with metrics across pipeline, attainment, forecast, retention, and expansion.
• Deliver executive insights to diagnose issues, evaluate opportunities, and guide investments.
• Drive diagnostic analytics to uncover root causes and quantify business impact.
• Partner with Data Engineering and GTM teams to model data from Salesforce, product usage, billing, and finance.
• Advance AI-powered analytics and identify practical use cases for the GTM Intelligence function.
