ZoomInfo is seeking a GTM Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-level implementations and serve as a technical executive trusted advisor across CRM/Marketing Automation platforms. You’ll coordinate with C-level stakeholders, shape integrations, and drive strategy within a high-visibility role.

Located in a hybrid setup with options to work from home, near Bethesda, MD, WA, and MA; you’ll mentor teams and influence product direction while ensuring scalable, high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementations in enterprise environments.
• Advanced certifications preferred (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Dynamics) but not required.
• Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms for multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level implementations as a senior member of the Integration and Implementation Team.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of CRM/MA integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, MS Dynamics).
• Engage with C-level and IT leaders to tailor implementations to business objectives.
• Provide guidance on best practices, optimization, and scalability.
• Perform root-cause analysis and document defects for escalation to Product/Engineering.
• Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, QA, and Product.
