Salesforce invites a strategic doer to join our GTM Growth Strategy team in Seattle. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to define, activate, and execute initiatives that transform our GTM model and unlock revenue.

We seek a senior manager with 6+ years in strategy and transformation in B2B SaaS, capable of building revenue models, conducting market analysis, and delivering executive-ready decks for cross‑functional leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and transformation in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and/or Professional Services at a top strategy firm or high-growth SaaS company
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills; experience building models and analyzing datasets using Excel, SQL, Claude, and Tableau
• Ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and discovery of current-state sales performance, GTM models, and market opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine and optimize the GTM model
• Develop business case models to quantify topline impact of GTM initiatives
• Create and present executive-ready decks to leadership on GTM strategy and opportunities
• Drive multi-stakeholder alignment and ensure operational excellence during execution
• Build broad relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, Finance, Product, and Business Technology
