Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior leader for Sales Strategy & Operations in San Francisco to strengthen the GTM organization. You will own in-depth monitoring of business metrics and partner with regional sales leaders to support growth initiatives.

Collaborating with Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, and Strategy Ops, you will shape processes, run-the-business cadence, and deliver planning materials to leadership while driving productivity across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other analytics tools.
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools.
• Experience leveraging AI to analyze data, automate processes, or create reports/dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools with internal teams.
• Prepare weekly forecasts for senior leadership and share updates on growth metrics.
• Manage bespoke projects and stakeholder relationships.
