Job summary

ZoomInfo seeks a Senior GTM Engineer (Professional Services) in Waltham, MA to lead high-impact, multi-phase enterprise engagements from assessment through execution. You will design GTM frameworks, architect data-driven solutions, and partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to drive revenue performance.

You’ll mentor junior consultants, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help scale ZI Labs advisory methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in professional services, management consulting, revenue operations, or GTM advisory in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, CS, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Expert-level understanding of enterprise GTM tech ecosystems including CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as pre-sales SME and strategic partner to Sales for scoping calls, discovery, proposals, and enterprise SOWs.
• Lead complex enterprise consulting engagements from assessment to solution architecture, implementation, and executive enablement.
• Design and deliver GTM frameworks, playbooks, and measurement models translating business needs into scalable revenue ops.
• Architect GTM solutions involving data strategy, predictive scoring, multi-CRM integrations, automation, audience segmentation, and global territory design.
• Conduct strategic assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities in revenue operations.
• Act as executive sponsor on key accounts with governance, cross-functional alignment, and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate executive workshops and C-suite alignment to drive decisions and momentum.
• Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts; collaborate with account teams for renewals.
• Mentor junior consultants and elevate practice capabilities.
