Outreach is seeking a Lead GTM Enablement professional to design and manage learning programs for sales and revenue teams, with clear KPIs and structured change plans. You will define program charters with GTM leadership, report impact on pipeline, quota attainment and win rate, and integrate programs into a scalable onboarding motion for new hires.

You will coach reps to articulate value using Challenger Sale and Command of the Message, maintain battlecards and content, and ensure timely access

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing learning programs for sales or revenue teams.
• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS organization.
• Experience leveraging AI in coaching and content delivery.
• Experience with LMS and CMS platforms.
• Experience designing sustainable and scalable programs.
• Ability to define and analyze KPIs for enablement programs.
• Experience in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance measurable outcomes with empathy.
• Understanding of Challenger Sale and Command of the Message.
• Nice to have: experience with Kirkpatrick, Gagne, Bloom, Outreach AI role play.

• Ensure sales teams have content and tools for strategic conversations.
• Track adoption and revenue KPIs post-rollout.
• Provide timely information access for reps.
• Manage a content management system for information dissemination.
• Promote a data-driven continuous improvement culture.
• Monitor enablement and sales data to identify top performers and gaps.
• Partner with sales and CS leadership to close performance gaps.
