Job summary

Datadog seeks a Director, GTM Enablement Operations to build and scale the center of excellence for go-to-market execution across enablement programs. You will lead the Operations and Systems & Analytics teams, establishing governance, planning, cadence, and delivery standards to enable scale.

You will also drive technology capabilities, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows, partnering with leadership to optimize platforms and business performance across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading operations, enablement, or revenue/business operations in a SaaS environment.
• Experience building operating models, governance, and scalable processes.
• Experience with enablement tech and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM Enablement & Business Value Operating Model for scale.
• Lead technology capabilities: enablement tech, learning systems, content, analytics.
• Develop the operational measurement framework with dashboards and reporting.
• Lead enterprise program operations for SKO, TSKO, and cross-functional launches.
• Advance AI and technology innovation with governance and adoption practices.
• Develop a high-performing organization through partnerships and capability building.
